Abstract
Objective:To study the expression of heat shock protein (HSP) 70 in mouse endometrium during early pregnancy. Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used in the experiment. Results:HSP 70 mainly distributed in stroma cells and decidual cells of endometrium lamina propria and was negative in endometrium epithelium and glandular epithelium.HSP 70 immunoreactivity positive cells in pregnant mouse was strikingly increased compared with control mouse ( P 0.01),and it increased with the increasing of gestation day ages.( P 0.01).Conclusion:HSP 70 participates in proliferation of stroma cells in endometrium decidualization and is closely related to the decidualization..
