Abstract
In the early and middle West-Han Dynasty,the Chinese field of thoughts had a long time of historical introspection on the part of all the people which the field of academics call the trend of of criticizing the Qin Dynasty.This trend of thought went through three transitions: from discussing Qin's faults to Praisinging Han's achievements;from the offense and defense situation to the relationship between the emperor and his subjects,and from managing the country by means of law to admiring the Yellow Emperor and Laozi.These transitions had a profound influence on the politic structure and thoughts and culture.It can also be an inspiration for the socialist construction in the new period.
