Abstract
Fine equiaxed nondendritic grains of primary microstructure needed by semi-solid forming were obtained by means of liquidus casting of alloy A356,i.e.cast from its liquidus temperature nearby. The influence of casting temperature, keeping temperature time liquidus casting microstructure was investigated. The results show that the optimum holding temperature is605℃with the affect of the super -cooling anddiffuseness. The longer holding time will benefit nucleation in1hour.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
