Abstract

Under the auspices of the government,many regions are under development of modern regional logistics planning.Although we have a lot of the regional logistics planning theory,but a truly unified and convincing theory has not been established.According to research on a series of issues including the modern theory of regional logistics planning,planning principles,methods,content,platform construction,this paper completes framework and process design of the modern region logistics planning.
