Abstract

This paper makes 2 points:firstly,the regional logistics planning bases on the theory of modern logistics,region economic and strategic environmental analysis;secondly,the core content of the regional logistics planning is to construct 3 networks,including the distribution center network,the transportation facilities network and the logistics information network,to build 2 systems,including the logistics education and training system and policy and practices system,and to optimize logistics structure,in order to promote the logistics to the one of the pillar industry.
