Abstract

With sweet potatoxu shu 18as test material,it was cultured on the MS medium with different concentrations of NaCl respectively for some time. The callus were used to study the changes of soluble protein, soluble sugar, proline contents, cytoplasm membrane permeability,SOD and MDA.The results showed as follows:under salt stress, soluble protein, soluble sugar and MDA contents increased at first and decreased later under different level of salt stress, but they were higher than the contrast.Proline contents and cytoplasm membrane permeability gradually increased, but they were higher than the contrast. The activities of SOD gradually decreased.
