Abstract
That honesty and faithfulness has transmitted from moral regulations to abasic legal principle is an inevitable choice made by the country because of its limitations of adjusting social relations.As a legal principle,it plays important roles in regulating social subjects' behaviors and balancing respective interests,which benefits the social harmonious and stable development.
