Nano-science & Technology and Nanoelectronics

This paper birefly presents the basic concepts of nano-science technology and nanoelectronics development history. Based on the discussion of the development of the nanoelectronics,this article pointed out that the aim of the nanoelectronics is smaller,faster,cooler at the devices requiring of the electronics,and studied the realistic and historical purpose of the nanoelectronics. Based on the composing material,basic theories and basic characteristic of the nanoelectronics devices,this article especially analyzes the status of single electron devices;it is showed that the inevitability of the devolopment is nanoelectronics integrated circuit and nanoelectronics calculation. Based on above analysis,this papr points out the existing problems and forecasts the trend of the nanolectronics.
