Abstract

The device technology has been rapidly developed with the growth of the electronics market. Silicon nanoelectronics have been extensively researched as the development of information industry. In this paper, the current situation and development of the silicon nanoelectronics have been summarized. In addition, the relationship between silicon nanoelectronics and information technology has been discussed.
