Abstract

An aerobic composting test was carried out using chicken manure and corn straw to study the effect of three inoculanting microorganisms on composting manure and the function of adding materials for accelerating fermentation. The results showed that temperature of the compost appended microorganism inoculants reached 50 ℃ on the 2nd day after treatment and duration extended 7 days under condition of more than 50 ℃ with C/N as 25/1,accelerating dehydration of compost materials and the maturity of composting greatly. Moreover, the addition of inoculanting microorganisms could obviously increase the content of ammonium nitrogen, organic nitrogen and decrease nitrogen loss during composting, compared to the control.Considering with multiple factors, the effect of microorganisms M2 was the best.It could significantly prompt the decomposition of organic carbon, increase the total nitrogen, speed maturity of the compost and shorten reaction time.
