Abstract
The changes of soil moisture with different film mulching time, the development of flue-cured tobacco plants in fields and the yields and quality of tobacco leaves were studied in Qingyang,Gansu Province. The results indicated that film mulching in appropriate time could increase the content of soil moisture, promote the development of tobacco plants, and increase the yields, quality and economic returns of tobacco leaves.
