Abstract

The status of the new rural construction in University Library to provide urgently needed science and technology,culture,information and other services.College Information Service at the new rural construction should be mainly in rural areas to help build a library,science and technology services to rural areas,strengthening farmer training,processing and production of agricultural information products,with entire areas such as service models.
