An Initial Probe into the Poems by WANG Duo

WANG Duo was a prominent poet in the period between the end of MING Dynasty and the beginning of the QING Dynasty. The rolls of poems composed by him formed a vast accumulation that expressed a spirit of strong and realistic concern and consciousness of suffering. His poems widely displayed the constant change of the events during the time of the shift between the Dynasties, and the ideological excursion from the official rank of Jishi to a turncoat official.
