Constructing Sea-related Practical Teaching Platform System to Improve Talent Quality

Practical education is an important part of talents' cultivation project in colleges. It plays an irreplaceable role in strengthening students ' sense of social responsibility,cultivating students ' enterprising spirit of innovation and practical ability of problem-solving. This paper introduces Zhejiang Ocean University marine majors' practical teaching reform system. Through the coordination of practical education concept,the optimization of practical teaching system,the construction of sea-related practical teaching platform, and the innovation of practical teaching management mechanism,etc. we constructed the sea-related practical teaching platform system. The system is going to cultivate the students' innovative spirit and practical ability,as well as the improvement of marine talents cultivation quality.
