Total quality management:new concept of administration in colleges and universities

Abstract

Total quality management(TQM) is applicable in the higher education setting.It is extremely important for us to use the successful experience of TQM in American higher education for reference and to establish TQM with Chinese characteristics in higher education administration in order to improve the whole quality of higher education in China.
