The Stipulations of the Laws of Tang Dynasty about the Market Administration

Abstract
The laws of Tang dynasty strictly stipulated the outlay of market, using the penal code to administrate, which was the reflection of the favour of agriculture over commercials. It was hard to say the administration of market in Tang dynasty was excellent over Qin dynasty, but it is ironical that the later dynasties followed suit with the stipulations of market laid by the laws of Tang dynasty.
