Abstract
This paper introduces the cause of engine noise, and analyzes the measure to reduce noise. A design method of the air flow muffler is introduced, and the muffler on 4115T engine is designed by this method. The method was simple, and it was satisfied in reduce noise, so this method can be used in the design of similar muffler of agricultural transport vehicle.
