Abstract
The spectrum of amount of noise elimination was made based on the spectrum of motorcycle engine's exhaust and NR curve in the process of the muffler design.Numerical simulation technology was introduced into the muffler design process based on practical working situation and the muffler has been successfully developed.The method makes muffler design become digitized and visualized,and it will significantly reduce the design cycle of the muffler and the cost of inputs,the results showed that the method and the muffler design system is effective.
