Small Qinglong Decoction to Treat Asthma Random Parallel Control Study

[Objective] To observe the small qinglong decoction to treat asthma effect. [Methods] Using random parallel control method,60 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. Doping control group 30 cases of conventional western medicine treatment,beta receptors,glucocorticoid,oxygen,and effective anti-infection at the same time. Treatment group 30 cases of small qinglong decoction(Xixin5g,Mahuang,Gancao,Banxia,Shaoyao,Ganjaing,Wuweizi 9g),1/d,boiling water 200 ml,oral sooner or later. Co-infection with antibiotic,oxygen therapy if necessary. 15 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,IL-5,EOS,adverse reactions. As a course treatment,judge curative effect. [Results]The treatment group clinical control 12 cases,9 cases were markedly effective,6 cases effective,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 90.00%. 10 cases of control group in clinical control,7 cases were markedly effective,effective in 5 cases,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 73.33%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P0.05). IL-5 and EOS in the two groups were improved(P0.05),the treatment group is better than that of control group(P0.05). [Conclusion] Small qinglong decoction treatment of asthma,is worth promoting.
