Abstract
In this paper, from the research of CAPP system structure and by using the feature technique, a mode is built up , which is convenience to deal with knowledge and learning rule, to represent and create fuzzy ANN process knowledge, and the CAPP system structure superposition and the separation between method and data are implemented. In order to implement the reusing and combining process knowledge with process planning at the part-feature-level(the geometry structure element of part), the representation of product's geometry and process information by using feature technique are adopted. Based on the above foundation, by using the asynchronous distributed architecture, the function of CAPP is convenient to implement in the Internet mode, and the CAPP can meet the demands of quick information transfer and resource usage in the network environment. And the web-based CAPP structure mode is produced, which is convenient to implement the intelligentization and generalization. Finally, an example is given.
