Thoughts on the System of Witness Presenting at Court in China

Abstract

The draft amendment to the Criminal Procedural Law will have a vital significance to alleviate the problems of witness presenting at court in China.However,some provisions of it are too simple to meet the need of judicial practice.Therefore,it is necessary for us to consider the problems in practice and analyze and discuss the flaws further.
