Abstract
In order to overcome the dfficulty in witness's testification at court,Amendment to the Criminal Procedure Law of the People?s Republic of China established the system on the key witness appearing at court, the compellability of witness to testify at court, the sanction of the absense of witness, witness economic compensation and perfected the witness protection system.Legislators hope these systems can help the judicial organs to find the truth, verify evidence and deal with the criminal cases correctly. However, because the legislation of guiding ideology is wrong, the idea of judicial organs on witness's testification at court is biased and there is no other systems matching with them, the unsystematized and unscientific system of witness presenting at court cannot be put into effect in judicial practices.
