Abstract

There is a close relationship between payment system and control of medical expenditure,Moreover,it also affect the level of health service .At first the conventional-wisdom results about payment system all over the world has been introduced.Following,an basic model is provided which explains in detail both advantages and disadvantages and suitable conditions of all kinds of payment systems.At last some advices are put forward for the reform and management of Chinese payment system.
