Functions comparison and reform path of medical insurance payment methods

Post payment system, prepaid payment system and other payment system are three categories of medical insurance payment system. Different payment methods have different functions on the medical expenses, and have different incentives for medical institutions.On the basis of three theoretical including cost matrix, the moral risk and transaction cost, three categories of payment system's function are compared and put forward three ways for medical insurance payment reform to provide a theoretical reference for the medical insurance reform.
