Abstract

The situation of energy-conservation and discharge-reduction for the foundry industry in our country,the development objective in development project in the 12th Five-Year Plan as well as the new method and application for energy-conservation and discharge-reduction for the foundry industry are introduced in the paper.It presents that the energy-conservation and discharge-reduction of foundry industry should based of the improvement of cast quality,constitute the composite technology with clean production with the advanced technology and device,such as advanced melting device and techniques,advanced mould techniques,computer technology,soot father and waste recycle and reuse technology to reduce the production cost of casts and implement the energy-conservation and discharge-reduction with great scale in casts manufacture,which would establish the well base for the sustainable development of foundry industry.According to the actual situation on Guangdong foundry industry,the development strategy of energy-conservation and discharge-reduction for Guangdong foundry industry are discussed.
