Abstract
To illustrate China′s reform and opening times,a method was mode from the analyses of historical theory and historical materialism.Looking back on the 30 years of reform and opening up,only reform and opening up can develop China.It is the reform and opening up that has made China′s economic and social progress go forward and create and develop the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The Chinese people more consciously follw-the development of China′s reform and opening up and the guiding ideology of science to continue to expand opening to the outside world,to further reform and open up with Chinese characteristics and great cause of socialism.
