Abstract

The Third Plenary Session of the 11th central committee of the CCP opened a new historical period of reform and opening up,and realized a great significance turning in our party's history.China's reform and opening up make the face of the people,the face of Chinese socialism,the face of the Communist Party of China change historically.The practice has given the full proof that the reform and opening-up is the key choice,which can determine the fate of contemporary China.It is also the only way to develop socialism with Chinese characteristics and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
