Abstract
The urea peroxide(UP) was made up of 30%H_2O_2 and urea,the effect of the mole ratio of H_2O_2 to urea,reaction temperature,reaction time,crystallization time,drying temperature and time on the content of H_2O_2 were studied.The results indicated that the suitable condition of synthesize UP were as follows:the mole ratio of H_2O_2 to urea was 1∶1.1,reaction temperature was 30℃ and the reaction time was 30 min.The content of H_2O_2 was up to 35% when the crystallization time was 30 min at subzero 5℃ and the crystallization was dried for 2 h at 52~55℃.At the same time,the analytical method of UP was researched,by analyzing the degree of precision and the percent of accuracy of two methods,we found the method of KMnO_4 was more accurate.The resolution rate of UP was simply 0.17%,when it was storaged for 24 h at 50℃,which indicated the stability of UP is better.
