Abstract
Building the core competitive power is the headspring of enterprise sustained competitive advantage.According to the present situation of lack of enterprise's core competitive power in China,combined with the connotation of enterprise's core competitive power,indicated that the precondition of construction of core competitive power was the establishment of effective mechanism and environment,and pointed out innovation was the most important motivity and headspring of forming core competitive power.
