Abstract
The core competitive power has, for a long time, been the factor that keeps the enterprises in a favorable competitive position and been the essential element for its survival and development. The present paper relates, based on the theory of the core competitive power, of how to cultivate and maintain this power for an enterprise in line with the present industrial situation in China.
