Intrauterine insemination and successful pregnancy analysis

Objective:To investigate the intrauterine insemination(IUI)impact factors of pregnancy and improve the success rate of pregnancy.Methods:Comparison of IUI treatment 69couples a total of 139cycle clinical data,analyzed the relationship of ovulation period,the number of ovulation and different adaptation disease and pregnancy rate.Results:(1)The pregnancy rate of natural cycle 17.2%,was higher than that of ovulation induction cycle with 12.5%,which was significant differences(P0.05).(2)The pregnancy rate of ovulation 2was higher than that of ovulation 1.(3)Pregnancy rate was 16.2%for 44cases of semen abnormalities,10.3%for 18cases of the ovulation obstacle,which was statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion:IUI is best fit for male infertility,and the high success rate of pregnancy.IUI is the best fit for male factor infertility,and natural cycle pregnancy rate is highter.
