Abstract
The authors analyzed the legal foundation and basic principles in cons tructing collective land real right in this country and offered measures for its perfection on the basis of the status quo and with reference to the specific it ems applied in the continental law system countries. They attempted to construct a collective land real right system with collective ownership as the basis and collective land usufructuary right as the focus.
