Induced Cells Apoptosis by Cisplatin Combined with Chinese Medicine Jinan in Mice Lewis Lung Cancer

Abstract

To study induced cells apoptosis by cisplatin combined with Chinese medicine Jinan in mice Lewis lung cancer(LLC).The C57/6J mice with LLC were divided into NS?Jinan(JA)?cisplatin(DDP)and Jinan combining cisplatin(DJ)group.The body weight and inhibitory rate of each group were detected by flow cytometry,TUNEL and DNA extraction.The body weights were increasing significantly in group JA,and it increased at first and then decreased in following days in group DDP,in group DJ it shows~pattern.The inhibitory rate in the every group was40.90%,52.04%and47.83%respectively.The apoptotic rate was14.95%,11.68%and14.25%by flow cytometry.In addition,the apoptotic index was(0.79±1.60)%,(4.00±7.50)%,(5.93±5.96)%and(7.07±10.15)%by TUNEL,DNA Ladder appeared in DJ group by DNA extraction and electrophoresis technique.[Conclusion]Jinan could enhances the apoptosis by cisplatin on LLC,and reduces the toxicity and side effects of cisplatin.
