Abstract
The emperors of Tang Dynasty made military legislation on a large scale and formed relative integrated military institutions of law,among which the military administrative institution of law was of great importance.Though it wasn't perfect compared with modern military administrative institutions of law,there is something that we can make use of in that Tang was such a strong dynasty then.
