Abstract
The baogu rule in China has a long history.It experienced a long process from its birth,development to maturity.As a model in ancient laws,law in Tang Dynasty is the most detailed and comprehensive in expanding the baogu rule.The paper focuses on discussing the baogu rule in law in Tang Dynasty and the great impact of etiquette to the law in Tang Dynasty.
