Abstract
The crude polysaccharides were extracted from the leaves of Camellia sinensis using water extraction method.Respond surface method based on Box-Behnken design was employed to obtain the best polysaccharides extraction process parameters:extraction time, water to the raw material ratio and extraction temperature. The experimental data were fitted using multiple regression analysis and also analyzed by appropriate statistical method. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction time of 106min,water to the raw material ratio of 30and extraction temperature of 64℃.Under these conditions, the experimental yield was 13.26%,close the expected value of 13.14%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
