Hu Tian"and "Dong Tian"of Taoism and Funeral Traditions of Yi People

Abstract
In Taoism scriptures,calabash is regarded as Hu Tian,a small universe which has sun and moon.According to the funeral tradition,Yi people think man would return to Hu Tianafter he is dead.The reason why Taoism and the belief of Yi people are so similar is that Taoism absorbed the fairy thoughts of those talents in Qin Dynasty.The fairy thoughts originate from western Qiang.Yi people are just the descendants of the ancient Qiang people.The belief of Yi people is the folk custom basis of Taoism.
