Abstract
Objective To study a kind of quantitative diagnosis method with ultrasound tissue characterization on hepatic inflammation changes of the patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods Measured the gray scales of the two dimensional ultrasongraphy of the patients and compared the gray scales with the inflammation changes on histopathology of the patients and found the differences between every two groups. Results The differences of the gray scales compared with the inflammation changes on histopathology are meaningful on statistics(P0.01) and the gray scale differences among groups are all remarkable(P0.05).Conclusion The quantitative diagnosis of the hepatic inflammation changes of the patients suffering from chronic hepatitis B can be acquired through measuring the gray scales of the two dimensional ultrasongraphy of the patients.
