Abstract
Objective To investigate the echo changes between liver and kidney parenchyma on patients with liver fibrosis and to find a new examination method for the diagnosis of liver fibrosis. Methods The gray scales of the liver and kidney parenchyma on the two dimensional ultrasonograthy of the patients with chronic hepatitis B were measured and compared the two groups of gray scales. Results The differences of the gray scales between the two dimensional ultrasonograthies of the liver fibrosis and the kidney parenchyma were meaningful on statistics(P0.001).Conclusion Comparing the gray scales of the liver and kidney parenchyma of the patients suffering from hepatitis B and with their livers fibrosis can be an examination method while giving a diagnosis clinically.
