Observation and nursing of eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection

Abstract

Objective: To observe the three drug regimens eradication of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection therapy. Methods: 396 confirmed by endoscopy for chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer Hp-positive patients were randomly divided into three groups. Group 1, Omeprazole 20 mg+Clarithromycin 500 mg+Amoxicillin 1 000 mg, po, bid; group 2, Omeprazole 20 mg+ Amoxicillin 1 000 mg+Etronidazole 400 mg, po, bid; group 3, Omeprazole 20 mg+Amoxicillin 1 000 mg+Furazolidone 100 mg, po, bid. 132 cases in each group, there was a course of 7 days after treatment, were done within 7 days of outpatient and telephone follow-up, record adverse reaction after taking place. Results: Three groups of Hp eradication rates as, group 1 of 86.12%; group 2 of 59.23%; group 3 of 92.24%, there was no significant difference between group 1 and 3 (χ2=2.70, P0.05), there was a significant difference between group 1 and 2 (χ2=39.51,P0.01), group 3group 1group 2. Conclusion: A triple therapy method could have the role of Helicobacter pylori infection and no adverse reaction.
