Abstract

The management of mobile college student Party members is a new issue in the new era.Aiming at the high mobility of college student Party members,integrating with the characteristics of the college student Party members in the new era,the paper explores the proper ways of establishing mobile students' Party branches to guarantee the colleges' goal of cultivating qualified talents and socialist successors.
