Problems and Countermeasures of College Students Party Members' Follow-up Education Management

With the expanding scale of higher education,college student Party members of the crew along,with substantial growth in the strict development of the quality of student party members at the same time,colleges and universities how to improve the effectiveness of the party members follow-up education management,training with high political and ideological and professional qualities students,contingent of party members to play a college student party members vanguard and exemplary role,it's an important issue for the current college party workers to be studied.This paper analyzed follow-up education and management status and the reasons for college students party members,put forward some suggestions to further strengthen and improve the management of the party members and follow-up education of college students.
