From Strategic Transformation to Path Dependence——Analysis on Misalignment Between Theoretical Location and Running Universities of Newly-established Local Universities

Today, the newly-established local universities face a problem that their theoretical location is in-consistent with their running universities. The essence of misalignment is not the fault of theoretical location, but the path dependence in strategic transformation. Therefore, for the newly-established local universities,the dif- ficulty may not be theoretical location, but how to restrain misalignment, to withdraw from blockade,and to put the scientific theoretical location into practice in running universities.
