The Position and the Adjustment of the Position for Newly Set-up Local Universities

The case study of Beijing Union University suggests that the newly set-up local universities should pay special attention not only to the position fixing studies,the investigation and prediction concerning the position fixing beforehand,but also to the study of the basic rules of position fixing.Equally important are the cultivation of sensitivity to the requirement of the market and the consciousness of serving the society as the goal of education.
