Abstract

The employment of college graduates is a focus of great care and attention,as well as a big problem which presses hard the government and colleges. College graduates feel difficult to obtain employment owning to many causes,such as those majors offered unappropriately in colleges,the target of training is not right,college graduates' outmoded ideas of having employment. The auther presents a close analysis of college graduates employment and its corresponding countermeasures.
