Abstract
In recent years,higher education has developed rapidly in China,but more and more college graduates are unemployed after graduation because what they have learned in college does not meet the needs of the society.College graduates' unemployment attracts much attention of the government and the society.This paper,after analyzing the status quo of college graduates' employment and studying their psychology of employment,sums up the measures the author's college has taken to increase graduates' employment rate,and tries to find ways to broadening the employment channels for college graduates.
