Effect of individualized nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with vascular dementia

Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing intervention on patients with vascular dementia.Method 80 cases with vascular dementia were selected,and divided into two group,observation group and control group.The routine nursing intervention was given to the control group,individualized nursing intervention was used to the observation group.The effect of rehabilitation was observed in two groups after nursing intervention.Results The activities of daily living scale score in the observation group after nursing intervention was lower than that in control group after nursing intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);the dementia severity of clinical rating scale score in the observation group after nursing intervention was higher than that in control group after nursing intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The individualized nursing intervention can improve the rehabilitation of patients with vascular dementia,nursing effect is significant.
