Abstract
The present situation of Beijing city residential buildings are analyzed through histogram about the ratio of green space, distribution and the price in four districts in Beijing, namely the east, south, west and north zones, and the major influencing factors are discussed. A conclusion is finally drawn: four districts have their own unique frequency distribution feature; the ratio of green space, the distribution, the price of the residential buildings and their sizes are co-related; the co-relation among the major influencing factors of the development of residential house is further demonstrated.
