Present Situation of the Safety Regulations of Food-contact Paper-plastic Packaging Materials at Home and Abroad

Paper-plastic packaging material is widely used for its convenience,however,the chemical residues of small molecule in paper,plastic,printing ink and cohesive may migrate into food,cause the food contamination and threaten the customs' health.This paper states the related regulations about paper-plastic packaging materials in America,EU and China,emphasizes the harmful substances which need detection,presents the authorized indirect food additives,the threshold of regulation of FDA,introduces the specific migration limit of heavy metals of EC and related regulations about plastic,paper and specific production in China.
