Abstract
Objective:To analyze high-resolution CT in the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis(AS) sacroiliac joint applica tion value.Methods:563 cases of adult patients with sacroiliac joint AS line of high-resolution CT scan and X-ray,analysed and compared the two sets of signs and tested the results of the rate.Results:The proliferation of sclerosis,erosions and joint space changes,joint stiffness,joint and soft tissue cavity gas Shadow Shadow was the sacroiliac joint lesion basic signs.Conclusion:The high-resolution CT examination can improve the diagnosis of sacroiliac joint disease rates significantly,and can definite the evolution of lesions on the early diagnosis of disease,have great significance on the disease staging and treat ment evaluation.
